Skid Steer/loader Operator

**Summary** As a Skid Steer Operator on the Winter Maintenance Team, you will be essential in ensuring safe and efficient snow removal and winter maintenance operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will utilize your core skills in heavy equipment operation to perform tasks effectively. Your skill in general mechanical knowledge and previous equipment operation will enhance your performance. As this position has an opportunity for the successful incumbent(s) to transition to a Full-Time Position on our Paving/Pavement Maintenance Crew in the Spring, your relevant skills in grader operation and paving will contribute to the team's overall year-round success.
