Business/finance Analyst

**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Manage inventory, cycle counts and follow-up.
- Manage miscellaneous vendor purchases.
- Coordinate and manage other vendor related projects with production.
- Process and coordinate post-painted and powder coated orders for Grid and Specialty.
- Provide backup vacation / illness relief for team members of the department.
- Assist with commodity code setup as needed.
- Assist with maintaining and revising Bill of Materials for Specialty and Grid products.
- Must be able and willing to adapt to new assignments and priorities to meet the needs of the business.
- Must have a positive attitude towards safety and teamwork.
- This position reports to the plant and is not a work from home role.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- University degree or College diploma in business, finance, or accounting.
- At least 1 year of business/administrative experience.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and methodology, preferred.
- Proven organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and time demands.
- Ability to efficiently respond and problem-solve in changing conditions.
- Detail oriented and eager to learn.
- Proficient with common computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Oracle and/or Legacy experience is an asset.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Able to interact and work with employees at all levels.
- Able to be self-sufficient and work independently.
