We're currently seeking a full-time instructor and Program Manager to uphold Innivec's mission of delivering outstanding education and career services to our students. The Program Manager will oversee the Analyst Programmer, Network Manager and Office Administration diploma programs.

Job Responsibilities:
Fostering a Robust Academic Team and Culture by:

- Supporting the instructor recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing support processes.
- Cultivating a cohesive faculty team that operates autonomously and collaboratively.
- Ensuring curriculum delivery employs student-centered, interactive, and communicative approaches.
- Regularly analyzing student feedback in collaboration with the director, implementing improvement strategies.
- Promoting continuous professional growth among instructors and providing support to unlock their potential.
- Continuously refining procedures through internal and external innovation sources.
- Assisting with on-site computer classroom setup and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Addressing instructor concerns and enhancing staff performance in alignment with the director's directives.

Enhancing Student Success by:

- Monitoring attendance and grades to develop support systems for students.
- Building rapport with students to encourage open communication and address their concerns.
- Cultivating a supportive student community focused on respecting college policies and fostering connections among peers.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Ensuring academic delivery exceeds client expectations.
- Collaborating with the academic team to develop strategic academic initiatives.
- Escalating student or faculty issues to the director as necessary and supporting operational changes.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5 years of industry experience.
- Experience in multicultural and international settings.
- Business or educational leadership background preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching or employee management experience.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.

- Demonstrated faculty management experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to foster team growth and enhance program delivery.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Proven experience in community development.

- Capacity to navigate diverse organizational and cultural contexts.
- Strong judgment, sensitivity, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required
