Forest Hill (FH) Farmhouse is a fresh new fast casual salad concept that caters to those who want to live an active healthy lifestyle. At FH Farmhouse we only use premium quality ingredients for our salads and every product we serve. We serve our own FH Farmhouse created salads and have the option of building your own salads using tasty and healthy choices. We also offer local beverages with health at top of mind in our front marketplace. FH Farmhouse carries our own line of eco-conscious branded apparel which you can find at our first location Toronto location.

The role of the **General Manager **is to provide healthy, fresh, quality food and service You will ensure all of Forest Hill (FH) Farmhouse standards are being upheld, delivering the highest guest satisfaction through attention to detail and quality products, cleanliness and passion for a great guest experience and **have fun**

**Abilities Required**:

- Strong people/guest service skills and a passion for quality, healthy food
- Able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
- Manage inventory and ordering of products

**Additional Requirements**:

- Food Safety Certification and Smart Serve
- Ability to chop and cut vegetables
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Positive attitude while conducting any and all duties
- Commitment to guest satisfaction
- Able to bend and stoop
- Able to work around heat
- Able to work around others in close quarters
- Able to lift 50-75 lbs. comfortably

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Toronto, ON M5P 1E4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 1 year (required)
