**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in minimizing downtime, maximizing productivity, and ensuring safety within Triple E Manufacturing facilities_._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the efficient operation of machinery and equipment in various settings, such as manufacturing plants, buildings, or facilities.
- Working with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or other systems.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, and performing repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubricating parts, replacing worn components, and conducting safety checks.
- Collaborate with team members, promptly report issues, and follow instructions.
- Perform duties involving inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure seamless operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Have the legal right to work in Canada.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify the root cause of equipment malfunctions and implement appropriate solutions.
- Physical stamina and strength, with the ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is an asset.
- Solid understanding and previous experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or other systems relevant to the equipment are considered advantageous.
- Familiarity with a wide range of tools and equipment used for maintenance tasks.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, and performing repairs.
- Adaptability to changes in schedules, priorities, and work environments due to potential equipment failures or maintenance needs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the manufacturing for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions.

**Working Conditions**:

- On-Site, Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
- The facility operates within safety standards, but there may be odors and noise associated with manufacturing processes.
- Work environment includes office, production, and outdoor settings exposed to various weather conditions. Occasional Dirty dusty environments including fiberglass dust.
