- preparing hardware for shipping: cleaning, charging, testing, shipping and receiving
- installing network routers, switches, computers, printers, and cabling
- maintaining logs, Calendars, documents, and manuals
- standard Operations shipping and receiving practices
- daily status reports, Calendar updates, document updates
- teaching and guiding others on best Operations practices
- travel to events across Canada and the US
- Other duties as assigned

- Comfortable with computer hardware/software
- Strong in google suite of apps
- Excellent use of the English language, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills - both on the phone and in person
- Minimum 2 years experience in Operations
- Above-average attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize deadlines
- Ability to multitask between events effortlessly
- Natural customer service focus
- Strong math skills are required

**Requirements**:

- Two or more years of Operations related experience, event experience is preferred
- Read, write, and speak English clearly and professionally (French is an asset)
- You are physically fit and active and can spend long periods walking, standing, kneeling, sitting, stretching, carrying 25lbs as required, and pushing 500lbs crates on wheels
- You are double vaccinated to access venues across North America and can show proof of vaccination
- You have a valid passport, and you are happy to travel to Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver, New York and other destinations across North America to install, manage, and teardown onsite registration, ticketing and lead retrieval services
- You can provide a 5-year certified driver's record from the Government of Ontario
- Reliable working vehicle to get to and from shows
- Onsite work at events is long days, evenings, weekends, STAT holidays, etc (this is the nature of the show industry)
