**Summary**

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be essential in managing the flow of goods within our distribution center. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will utilize your core skills in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment to ensure efficient operations. Your premium skills in forklift operation and warehouse management systems will enhance productivity, while your organizational and analytical skills will support inventory accuracy and process improvements. With relevant experience in e-commerce and packaging, you will contribute significantly to our commitment to excellence in service and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:
Main Activities:

- Ensuring that staff utilise appropriate procedures and safe practices.
- Support all warehousing activities
- Coordination of shipping/receiving activities
- Point of contact for material queries and problem solving for customers
- Ensure inventory management activities are performed in compliance with procedures
- Office coordination responsibilities to promote an efficient work flow
- Review orders for accuracy and cross reference with packing lists
- Send reports and book appointments
- Other duties as required

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS)
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
