**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Utilize AccuBid and PataBid software to prepare detailed cost estimates for multi-family and commercial construction projects
- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop accurate project budgets
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine materials, labor, and equipment requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors for future projects
- Use Bluebeam for quantity take-offs and project management tasks
- Communicate with clients and follow up on leads and tenders

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably in the commercial, light industrial, or multi-family sector
- Proficiency in estimating software
- Familiarity with Bluebeam for quantity take-offs and project management
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, with proficiency in Excel
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing from vendors and subcontractors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- College certificate or Journeyman certificate is a plus
- Ability to follow up on leads and tenders
