Electrical Estimator

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical projects, including labor, materials, and overhead costs.
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Utilize Accubid to generate precise estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are considered in the estimation process.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best possible rates.
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Maintain organized records of all estimates, proposals, and contracts.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in electrical estimating or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of commercial nad multi family electrical processes and materials.
- Proficiency in Accubid.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and subcontractors.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
