As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deli Manager to join our team.

**Position Overview**: As the Deli Manager at Rehan’s Your Independent Grocer, you will be a key player in ensuring the success of our deli department. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of deli professionals, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the deli department, including staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of deli products, including meats, cheeses, salads, and sandwiches.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and minimize waste to meet customer demand.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate promotions, displays, and cross-selling opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in deli management or a related role within the food industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
