**Position Overview**

The **Accounting Clerk** will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting while maintaining financial accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow up on overdue accounts and manage collections.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and resolve discrepancies.
- Process payments and allocate them correctly to outstanding invoices.
- Maintain financial records and documentation for AR transactions.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to address customer inquiries.
- Prepare AR status reports, aging analysis, and cash flow projections.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Manage working capital and daily cash flow reporting.
- Maintain and administer customer credit limits and terms.
- Organize and maintain accounting records and documentation.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems is an asset.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
