**Job Duties**
- Generating leads and prospecting for new business opportunities
- Create proposals and present to top-level management
- Arrange site visits and conduct demonstrations for both new and existing clients
- Build positive relationships and networks with new and existing clients
- Represent the company in trade shows, seminars, and webinars
- Respond to inbound customer leads
- Maintain a clean sales database
- Coordinate efforts and maintain an active communication line with the Marketing team for site plans and promotional tools
- Participate in developing a process to gather continuous feedback from clients

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have reliable means of transportation and a valid drivers licence
- Security background in security systems, video access control, CCTV and Monitoring is preferred
- Minimum 4 + years of B2B sales experience
- Establishes and promotes effective relationships with multiple levels of organizations and senior leadership
- Able to identify various stages of opportunities, buying signals, and changes in client’s organizations
- Proven sales experience and the ability to up-sell to existing clients
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy, including effective working skills of Adobe, Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks
- Must pass a criminal background check
