Do you enjoy working outside Waves Leisure is looking for a Pool Maintenance Crew Member to join their team The Pool Maintenance Crew Member will perform the overall cleaning process of pools and spas, including vacuuming, brushing, skimming leaves, testing & balancing water, and system maintenance for in ground and above ground pools. The Pool Maintenance Crew Member is required to communicate effectively with Service Management and customers in order to complete the work in a timely, professional manner, and the needs of the customer are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide weekly maintenance on pools, including vacuuming, cleaning walls, slides, diving boards etc.
- Skim water surface to clear debris
- Check systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Clean out skimmer baskets, cleaner bags, pump baskets etc.
- Test and balance pool water and record the results
- Communicate with customers when necessary and respect their property
- Perform other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Well developed leadership skills
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times when representing the company
- Valid driver’s license
- Highly motivated, organized and reliable

**Work Conditions**
- Work outside in conditions that include inclement weather (heat and humidity)
- Ability to lift and manipulate objects of up to 45lbs is required
- May be exposed to hazards associated with the industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Commute:

- Brandon, MB R7B 4E5 (preferred)
