As we expand, we are seeking a motivated and experienced **Sales and Marketing Manager** to lead and grow our business development and marketing efforts.

**Job Overview**

**Sales**
- **Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and partnerships.
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and developers.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to expand the client base.
- **Sales Strategy**:

- Create and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Develop pricing models and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Track and meet sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to provide regular updates and forecasts.

**Marketing**
- **Marketing Strategy**:

- Design and execute marketing plans tailored to the construction industry.
- Develop targeted campaigns to promote services to residential and commercial clients.
- **Content Creation & Branding**:

- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital ads.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s online presence (website, social media, etc.).
- Create compelling case studies, project showcases, and client testimonials to build trust.
- **Lead Nurturing**:

- Utilize analytics to measure campaign success and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the operations team to align marketing efforts with project timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with external vendors for design, printing, and digital marketing services as needed.

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (required)
- Construction Marketing/Sales: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
