**Location: Edmonton, Alberta**:
**Role Overview**:
As a process integration specialist, you’ll be working closely with design and process development team members to build our holographic displays.

**A Day In The Life**:

- Designing, developing and optimizing microfabrication processes for prototype development
- Fabricating optical and electrical devices
- Performing comprehensive characterization and analysis on the developed devices
- Collaborating cross-functionally to investigate, advise, and resolve related device engineering problems
- Providing technical guidance and expertise to the team

**What Will Help You Be Successful**:
As a Process Integration Specialist you should possess a Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree in Engineering, applied Physics, or other related field with relevant experience to semiconductor microfabrication.
- Experience in semiconductor devices, thin film transistors (TFTs), or related microfabrication
- In depth knowledge of thin films and semiconductor physics (preferred)
- Data analysis skills using JMP, Python, Matlab or other software (preferred)
- Collaboration - Fosters open dialogue with all team members across the company.
- Proactive - Exhibits initiative, energy, and foresight in evaluating and responding promptly to challenging situations, problems and opportunities for improvement within projects.
- Analytical Ability - Ability to identify trends and opportunity for improvements.
- Creating and Innovating - Produces new ideas, approaches or insights; produces a range of solutions to problems.
