**_ Contract Execution_**
- Using CAT tools and industry experience, assign qualified, contracted carriers to customer loads at the market price
- Use creativity and strategic thinking for better pricing and maximum profitability and efficiency
- _Quality Control_
- 100% on-time and accurate tracking of all loads at all times, including after hours, with corresponding system updates
- Use industry experience to filter carrier information for accuracy
- Communicate with colleagues of any issues immediately
**_Partner Management_**
- Building trust, loyalty and solid long term relationships through effective and consistent communication with partner carriers
- Continuously expand our service offerings by adding new and/or specialized carriers (LTL Reefer, over dimensional etc)
- Maintain regular contact with frontline staff communicating our loads availability as well as their equipment availably
**Skills and Expertise**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 1-3 years previous industry experience, University degree preferred
- Aggressive and assertive negotiator
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and achieve outcomes in fast pace environment
- Work effectively in, and contribute to a team environment
- Excellent time management skill, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
