We are currently seeking a passionate, experienced barista to join our team and help us continue to provide the highest quality beverages and service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to FDL Cafe's recipes and standards
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
- Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Educate customers on our coffee offerings, answering questions, and providing recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Assist in inventory management and re-stocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless operations
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to continually improve skills and knowledge

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of barista experience in a specialty coffee shop or similar environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso extraction, and latte art
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.80 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
