**Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers while expertly crafting high-quality beverages. Your enthusiasm for coffee and customer service will help enhance the overall experience for our guests.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking their orders, and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas, in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or needs to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods while managing time effectively.
- Uphold company policies regarding food safety and sanitation practices at all times.

**Experience**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but can be learned on the job.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.

Pay: $22.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
