- Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance over various channels
- Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relating to IT
- Champion in onboarding of new employees
- Perform regular systems and network maintenance tasks under direction of Network Administrator
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
- Collaborate with the global IT team
- Installation, modification, and repair of computer equipment
- Provide training and support to users
- Track inventory of all equipment, software, and license users
- Direct unresolved issues to the IT Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Employment experience: 8-10 years of hands-on work experience with structuring IT network practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, operating system imaging (installation, migration, configuration, maintenance, administration and troubleshooting)
- Advanced Desktop, Server, LAN, and WAN troubleshooting and maintenance.
- English language proficiency
- Great computer hardware knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills, team player, self-starter and resourceful.
- Capacity to travel (drive) in the Montreal area
- Proven track record in organization and problem-solving skills.
- Must be organized, detailed-orientated, dependable and flexible.
- Capable of learning quickly and adapting to different requirements.

**Nice to have**
- Experience with Google Apps
- Experience in video game development
- Knowledge of the Mac environment
