If you are a **Drill Operator**and want to showcase your talent and be a team player within the Basin organization, **we are looking for you** Wenzel is recruiting day and night shift employees.

**Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will**:

- Set up and operate the drill center to drill metallic materials as per work orders and drawings.
- Select and install the appropriate insert on machine.
- Use of hand tools.
- Set controls to adjust speed, feed rate.
- Position guides, stops and chucks to secure and direct the work pieces.
- Mount work piece in chuck and steady rest using a hoist.
- Verify dimensions of finished work piece using measuring devices.
- Maintain traceability of materials at all times.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Minimum one (1) year experience.
- High school diploma.
- Mechanical aptitude and great understanding of tapered threads.
- Ability to understand blueprints.
- Mathematic skills to solve problems.
- Able to multi-task and work well under stress.
- Self-motived, highly organized.
- Must be able to read/speak English fluently.
- Conduct job hazard analysis worksheets, as required
- Participate in all HSE inspections
- Follow all company policies and procedures (QC, QA, HSE)

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
