**Responsibilities: (operators)**:

- Operate snow plow equipment to clear roads, parking lots, and other designated areas
- Remove snow and ice from surfaces using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing conditions
- Ensure safe operation of snow plow equipment and adherence to all safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time logs and maintenance reports

**Skills**:

- Mechanical knowledge: Ability to operate and maintain snow plow equipment effectively
- Landscape maintenance: Understanding of proper techniques for clearing snow without damaging landscapes or structures
- Good with Strategizing and plowing sites fast but with quality and safety as number 1.

**OPERATORS**: must know how to operate Loaders or skidsteers.

**Duties**
- Operate related equipment to clear snow and ice from designated areas such as roads, parking lots, and sidewalks
- Perform routine inspections of plow machinery, including blades, hydraulics, and power tools, ensuring optimal functioning before and after shifts
- Conduct minor maintenance on snow removal equipment, including lubrication, adjustments, and repairs using hand tools or power tools as needed
- Collaborate with landscaping and landscape maintenance teams to coordinate snow removal efforts with ongoing outdoor projects
- Maintain detailed logs of work completed, including areas cleared and materials used
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or equipment damage during operation in winter conditions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators or landscaping equipment is highly desirable
