**【Qualifications】**
- Must be PR or Citizen
- Bachelor’s degree or above; graduated from top-ranked universities are preferred
- In-depth knowledge of the North American education system with at least **5 years** of relevant experience in education, marketing, sales, or study-abroad consulting
- Strong sales and business development skills: able to identify potential opportunities, and acquire client resources
- Experience in social media operations is a strong asset, such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
- Holding a valid RCIC license is an asset
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin; must hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license
**【Key Responsibilities】**
- Proactively identify potential clients and expand partnership to enhance the company’s brand influence in the target market
- Lead the planning and execution of various academic seminars, education fairs, and online events to increase client engagement and brand exposure
- Assist in writing and editing marketing materials, including brochures, website content, social media posts, and seminar scripts
- Participate in initial client consultations to assess their needs and provide tailored education or study-abroad planning services
- Follow up on the client conversion process and support contract signing and service handover
- Provide academic and educational planning based on students’ backgrounds and goals, including course selection, pathway guidance, and progress follow-up

【任职要求】
- 拥有加拿大永久居民或公民身份，熟悉本地生活与社会环境
- 本科及以上学历，名校毕业生优先考虑
- 熟悉北美教育体系并具备至少5年及以上教育、市场推广、销售或留学相关领域的工作经验
- 销售与市场开拓能力强：具备良好的商务敏感度，能够独立拓展渠道、发掘客户资源
- 具备新媒体运营能力者优先：有社交媒体内容策划与执行经验（如小红书、微信、抖音、facebook等）
- 具备加拿大移民顾问执照者优先
- 中英语流利并有5级驾照
【岗位职责】
- 主动挖掘潜在客户资源，拓展合作渠道，提升公司品牌在目标市场中的知名度与影响力
- 统筹策划和执行各类升学讲座、教育展及线上宣传活动，增强客户互动与品牌曝光
- 协助撰写及编辑市场推广材料，包括公司宣传册、网站内容、社交媒体帖文、讲座文案等
- 参与客户前期咨询，了解其需求并提供专业咨询服务，制定个性化升学或留学规划方案
- 跟进客户转化流程，协助完成签约及服务交接
- 针对学生的学术背景与目标，提供选课建议、升学路径规划、专业方向指导等，并定期跟进学生学习进度
