The Shandex Group is a Canadian importing and distribution company located in Pickering, Ontario that specializes in the distribution of private label and branded products. We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as Project Coordinator.

Reporting to the Project Supervisor, the Project Coordinator assists with the daily activity within the projects area, providing administration and operational support to maximize the quality of work produced and efficiency of employees the the project department.

**Specific responsibilities include**:

- Provide staffing requests to the Project Supervisor
- Setup and cleanup of project area between projects
- Coordinate movement of components and finished goods
- Ensure all employee hours are logged correctly
- Supervise temporary employees
- Complete the picking of used components in WMS
- Complete the receipt of completed projects in WMS
- Complete and document reconciliation of finished good and components as required
- Complete and document quality assurance checks as indicated

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Previous warehouse project experience
- High-level MS Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- College certificate in supply chain/logistics preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
