Midway Mazda is seeking a reliable and friendly receptionist to join our team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be vital in providing an exceptional customer service experience.

We are a local, family run business and have been serving the South Surrey, White Rock community for over 25 years.

Hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm

Duties include:

- Answering and directing phone calls on a multi line phone system.
- Greeting and directing walk in customers to the appropriate departments and personnel.
- Entering information into our dealer management software as well as filling in web forms.
- Generating key tags and window stickers for vehicles.
- Stocking in vehicles into our dealer management software
- Inputting customer and vehicle sales information into Nissan's web portal.
- Customer satisfaction follow up calls
- General filing
- Recording sales people's hours
- Stocking the coffee machine and supervising coffee vendor deliveries.
- Keeping customer lounge tidy and general tidying of the showroom displays, brochure racks, etc.
- Posting items into our accounting software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
