**Parts Person for Vernon Toyota**

**Position Summary**:
Vernon Toyota is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Parts Advisor. We are looking for a positive and self-motivated person who enjoys dealing with a wide variety of people everyday. They are a strong team player who can communicate effectively with all departments within the business. The most important requirement of the position is the ability to provide exceptional service to each and everyone of our customers.
- This is a permanent full-time position 5 days per week, 8 Hour shifts, Monday to Friday. Pay will be based on the level of experience.
- We offer a competitive compensation package with Extended Benefits after 3 months employment.
- We also offer staff pricing on service and parts.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Front counter experience with superior customer service skills.
- Supplying the required parts and accessories for each individual job.
- Purchasing, receiving, and storing parts.
- Organizing paperwork and processes to maintain accurate inventory counts.
- Parts administrative duties such as answering the phone, booking appointments, invoicing, and assisting the accounting department to complete paperwork etc.

**Education/Experience**:

- One to three years previous automotive parts experience required.
- Previous body shop experience would be considered an asset.
- Experience using a multi line phone system and strong computer skills are preferred.
- Able to communicate effectively and courteously to all staff and customers through phone or in person.
- Has strong organizational skills and is detail oriented with an attention to accuracy.
- Able to work in fast paced environment with the ability to multitask.
- Must have a valid driver’s BC Driver’s License.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
