We are currently looking for qualified **Community Facilitators** to provide ongoing support to our clients in the Kitchener-Waterloo region.
If you are pursuing a diploma in social services or developmental services, have relevant education and/or work experience in healthcare/dealing with complex clients, we want to help you build a better future with us.
We offer benefits, paid training and mileage. There are full-time opportunities in our community outreach programs. Our program is a scheduled shift program, with routes at our supportive sites and in the community. We understand the need for reliable hours, and reasonable driving time

All applicants must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation as this position is responsible for regular travel to clients in the community.
