We are currently seeking an **IT Systems Specialist** to join our team of experienced professionals located at our** Kitchener, Ontario **head office location. Employee-owned company with profit sharing, comprehensive benefits, company events and charitable initiatives, a diverse workplace, BBQs and Lunch and Learns, Sports teams, Group fitness initiatives, and a "We win as as a Team" culture are just some of the reasons our employees love working at Brock **Responsibilities**: - Manage and deploy software operating system updates automatically using Microsoft management tools or Manually - Assist internal users with the installation, configuration and usage of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established guidelines. - Actively trouble shoot technical problems, collaborate with other members of the IT organization as needed to ensure timely resolution issues - Create and maintain documentation to share information and facilitate repeatability - Preform other IT tasks as assigned. Qualifications Required: - 3-Years of college diploma in information Technology, Computer Systems, Desktop Support or similar - 2+ years experience in a related role - Strong knowledge of Windows administration, Active Directory, Group Policies and scripting for systems administration - Superior customer service skills, professional and courteous - Attention to detail and committed to a high degree of accuracy in following standards processes - Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and technologies **Preferred Experience**: - Proficiency in Windows imaging tools such as MDT or Intune Autopilot - Wired and wireless network technologies New grads are welcome to apply.
