**Job Brief**:
Air Canada Vacations is hiring a Product Owner / Vacances Air Canada recrute un/une responsable de Produit.

Reporting to the Manager, ECommerce, the ECommerce Product Owner is responsible for defining and prioritizing product (website) features, adjusting those features and prioritizing after each sprint as required, as well as keeping stakeholders updated about status and getting their feedback. The incumbent establishes the product roadmap to drive growth and sustainability of the Air Canada Vacations online business. On a day-to-day basis, the Product Owner delivers strategy, identifies business opportunities, and conducts business analysis. He or she will work alongside the Functional Analyst and Scrum Master, Web Development and IT teams, as well as the business stakeholders, to manage corresponding projects from inception to launch with an eye for continuous improvement for the forementioned products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, establish and drive the roadmap for the ecommerce website product. Align product roadmap with strategic themes and IT systems updates roadmap
- Deliver product vision, high-level business requirement documents, manage related product backlogs, develop acceptance criteria, and drive user acceptance testing.
- Align the product/project vision, improve the work transparency, and communicate product increment with stakeholders. Work with delivery and engineering team to plan releases and program increments. Manage product backlog and work priorities in a timely manner.
- Partner with IT to ensure releases are properly planned, managed, and deployed
- Work with business owners to provide timely support to business regarding system configurations, settings and workflow management, plan and provide training to business team for related ecommerce products
- Facilitate product/project meetings, improve cross discipline communications, and promote product management best practices
- Document business decisions and ensure user guides of developed features are built and shared across all relevant stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- A post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing or ECommerce
- 5+ years' experience in a business analysis or product owner role
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies

Experience with Confluence, JIRA, MS Office, MS Project and Monday or equivalent product management software
- Experience working with CMS platforms, an asset
- Prior experience in Travel Technology, an asset
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent skills in strategic & critical thinking
- Understanding of company organization, products, and related industry knowledge
- Ability to juggle conflicting priorities while completing projects successfully

Travaillant sous la supervision du Chef de service, commerce électronique, le ou la titulaire du poste est responsable de la définition et de la hiérarchisation des caractéristiques du produit (le site Web), de l'ajustement de ses caractéristiques et de la hiérarchie après chaque sprint, selon les besoins, ainsi que de la communication du statut aux parties prenantes et l'obtention de leurs commentaires. Le titulaire du poste établit la feuille de route des produits afin de favoriser la croissance et la durabilité des activités en ligne de Vacances Air Canada. Au quotidien, le responsable de produit fournit une stratégie, identifie les opportunités commerciales et effectue des analyses commerciales. Il ou elle travaillera aux côtés de l'analyste fonctionnel et du chef de mêlée (scrum master), des équipes de développement Web et de TI, ainsi que des parties prenantes de l'entreprise, pour gérer les projets correspondants de la conception au lancement, et ce, dans un souci d'amélioration continue des produits susmentionnés.

**Responsabilités**:

- Planifier, établir et exécuter la feuille de route pour le produit de site Web de commerce électronique. Aligner la feuille de route du produit en fonction des thèmes stratégiques et de la feuille de route des mises à jour des systèmes informatiques.
- Aligner la vision du produit/projet, améliorer la transparence du travail et communiquer les incréments du produit aux parties prenantes. Travailler avec l'équipe de livraison et d'ingénierie pour planifier les versions et les incréments du programme. Gérer le carnet de produit et les priorités de travail en temps opportun.
- Collaborer avec les TI pour s'assurer que les versions sont correctement planifiées, gérées et déployées.
- Travailler avec les propriétaires d'entreprise pour fournir un soutien opportun à l'entreprise en ce qui concerne les configurations du système, les paramètres et la gestion du flux de travail, planifier et fournir une formation à l'équipe de l'entreprise pour les produits de commerce électronique connexes.
