**About us**

Flynn Communications is a structured cabling business in Edmonton, AB. We are professional, fast-paced, business in need of a site foreman. The position would include a brief, on the job training, to familiarize the Forman with our procedures and they would then be responsible to oversee projects. Our projects range from days to weeks and create a dynamic environment of primarily commercial settings. We install Data cable, security cable and Fiber Optic cable in a variety of buildings where you will be using ladders and elevated platforms.

Previous experience in structured cabling required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and submit progress reports to upper management

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures

**Salary**: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift

- Monday to Friday

- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
