Pay: Start - $25.33/hr. 3 mos. - $26.91/hr. 6 mos. - $28.22/hr.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Safely and effectively sets up, operates, troubleshoots, tears down, changes over an extrusion machine (line) in accordance with established procedures, guidelines, and customer requirements.
- Fill out a machine logs and production reports and start up checklists.
- Tear down and reassemble dies.
- Have a good expertise in all profiles, check thickness, straightness, and surface quality, profile shape, square cut, weeping hole punch, and nail hole slots, colour, gloss, impact, and wood grain.
- Performing and recording various quality checks.
- Maintain gauge thickness to company specifications.
- Perform colour changes.
- Ensure material is conveying properly.
- Maintain material supply to extruders.
- Keep lines clean and organized
- Secondary job function: At the end of an extrusion line, pack, load, and assemble boxes with the correct amount of finished product - vinyl siding.
- Observe all company policies and regulations - Always work in a safe manner and ensure compliance with established safety rules, policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- At least 2 years of experience operating either injection molding equipment or plastic extrusion equipment.
- Strong mechanical skills.
- Ability to use measuring equipment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a fast paced manufacturing environment with frequently changing dynamics.

Pay: $25.33-$28.00 per hour
