Skills and experiences
- Lead functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, beneficial client interaction, and solution delivery
- Reviewed your team's work across all phases of Avanade projects (e.g., Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test)
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues Consultative approach with clients on complex projects
- At least two full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM
- Experience managing/leading teams both on and offshore is required

What you'll do
Translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 CE solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE to optimize client business processes
- Guide the project team, establishing and tracking achievements, coordinating actions, seeking expert advice, balancing open issues, and contributing to team meetings and reports
- Define how we measure business and operations success and validate CRM system performance
- Support clients on Dynamics 365 CE standards and prepare them for using their CRM solution by setting training programs and redefining new roles and responsibilities
