The payments environment in Canada is evolving and changing very quickly. As a Product Manager, you will be involved at the tactical and strategic levels in all aspects of Corporate Banking and Treasury Solutions product management (strategic plan, projects, pricing, etc.). With your knowledge of the market and trends, you will ensure the alignment of the various stakeholders with the product strategy. **Your role**: - For the product portfolio under your responsibility: - Be aware of changing customer needs - Enterprise sector, for both small businesses and larger companies in Canada - Be aware of market trends - payments in Canada and around the world are changing, so are consumers - Evaluate the Bank's competitive position and recommend strategies for optimal positioning in the industry - Track my portfolio KPIs: forecast your product growth rate and track sales and usage volumes - Establish product pricing strategies based on profitability and growth objectives - Develop, influence and implement major projects, business processes and mandates (new products, new functionalities, eliminating obsolete solutions, initiatives with Payment Canada, etc.) - Ensure sound risk management and product action plans - Act as a "coach" within the work team and more specifically with the product managers. - Develop, influence and implement large-scale projects, business processes and mandates - Ensure sound risk management and product action plan **More specifically, you’ll be required to**: - Prioritize the portfolio of initiatives based on benefits and the capacity of human, budget and IT resources - Support strategies and decisions using financial targets and analyses - Make executive presentations - Take responsibility for certain projects linked to your product portfolio and ensure their delivery - Track results, analyze discrepancies and take action as needed - Guide the business lines with pricing and product offers when drawing up requests for proposals - Negotiate major complex agreements with different business partners - Know and follow the Canadian regulatory framework for payments **Competencies required**: - Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience OR master’s degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience - Experience in product management and strategy or excellent knowledge of commercial and cash management products - Experience in managing and delivering large-scale projects, particularly matrix-based projects - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bilingualism in written and spoken French and English is essential as you will be working with English speaking partners **Preferred competencies** - Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation - Experience in managing business partnerships and serving in an advisory role with management - Proficiency in Office 365 suite software and JIRA/Confluence - Knowledge of Payments Canada rules, RTR and ISO20022 **Your benefits** In addition to competitive compensation, upon hiring you’ll be eligible for a wide range of flexible benefits to help promote your wellbeing and that of your family. - Health and wellness program, including many options - Flexible group insurance - Generous pension plan - Employee Share Ownership Plan - Employee and Family Assistance Program - Preferential banking services - Initiatives promoting community involvement - Telemedicine service - Virtual sleep clinic These are a few of the benefits available to you.
