A career as a cash management advisor in the Corporate Transaction Operations team at National Bank means acting as an advisor for the opening of accounts and products for large corporate clients. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your propensity to offer excellent customer service, your agility and your rigor. Your analytical skills and your power to act will be put forward in this position.
**Your job**
- Establish a privileged relationship with large corporate customers, by offering them a personalized service, in order to ensure their satisfaction
- Support large corporate clients in the opening of bank accounts, the implementation of cash management products and their day-to-day operations
- Takes charge of complex and/or critical operational situations (e.g., customer complaints, emergencies and high operational risk situations; demonstrates positive leadership and influence with peers at all times)

**Prerequisite**
- 3-year college diploma (DEC) and 6 to 7 years of experience OR a Bachelor's degree and 3 to 4 years of experience OR any other combination of training and experience deemed equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in the Office suite
- Knowledge of bank resolution and electronic products for companies
