Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our products, ensuring their success in the market. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps in line with company goals and objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product requirements
- Drive the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution
- Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
- Monitor product performance and gather insights through data analysis to drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
- Proficiency in SQL and data analytics tools for gathering insights
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product decisions
- Experience in driving product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution
- Solid understanding of sales processes and ability to collaborate with sales teams
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
