**Product Manager**

Our never-before-seen welding cobots require customization and R&D. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team and support the development of our cobots.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze customer needs and make them into requirements
- Defining the product strategy and roadmap
- Delivering PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Work with internal teams, including developers, engineers, Q.A, and operations
- Working with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
- Develop sales tools and collateral
- Answer questions related to the product and its capabilities
- Evaluate and deal with technical risks
- Assess and run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
- Create success criteria for testing and product acceptance
- Look into competitors and conduct capability analyses regularly
- Organize and implement internal and customer training on how to use the product.
- Being at the forefront of the creation and maintenance of product documentation.
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and experience**
- Experience with developer products and ecosystems
- Experience developing business-to-business products and technologies
- Product management or design experience with a focus on software products and technologies
- Startup/founder experience
- Excellent technical background (e.g. professional software developer/ technical leader).
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- Experience in a start-up manufacturing or small scale production environment is a plus
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Is skilled at using PC based computer software
