We’re on a mission to revolutionize how local restaurants connect with their customers—building stronger community ties through smart, accessible technology. As we grow, we’re looking for a passionate and versatile **Marketing Specialist** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Brand Strategy & Communications**
- Develop and refine brand positioning, messaging, and voice.
- Coordinate marketing communications and cross-functional collaboration.

**Market Research & Strategic Planning**
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop integrated marketing strategies to support business goals.
- Align marketing efforts with sales data, customer insights, and ROI metrics.

**Omni-Channel Campaign Management**
- Develop content strategies that match funnel stages and user intent.

**Content Marketing & Community Engagement**
- Craft compelling brand stories across social media platforms.
- Manage and engage online communities and social platforms.
- Plan and execute marketing events and activations.

**Digital Advertising & SEO**
- Lead keyword research, create content briefs, and conduct technical SEO audits.
- Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.

**Creative & Design**
- Design visuals and layouts for digital and print assets.
- Collaborate on engaging graphics and short-form video for ads and social media.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of in-house marketing experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms.
- Proficient in video editing for social media content.
- Experience with tools such as Mailchimp, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnel stages, and conversion optimization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment.
- A valid BC Driver’s License and access to a vehicle (required for event coordination and local activations).

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
