We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and support. **Available Locations at $20 per hour + commission**
Eaton Centre
Vaughan Mills
Scarborough Town Centre
Sherway Gardens

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in navigating the store.
- Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Utilize basic math skills to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Skills**
- Strong retail sales experience, preferably in technology or related fields.
- Proficient in basic math for transaction processing.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features.
- Knowledge of technical sales principles is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to sell products by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and technologies.

Pay: $30,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
