**Purpose**:
This position provides a wide range of facility services in Scott, Bronfman, and Steacie Library including space monitoring and special projects.

**Education**:
Education: High School Diploma

**Experience**:
No experience required.

**Skills**:

- Ability to deal calmly and courteously with the public and with difficult patrons in English - Excellent customer service skills
- Basic keyboard skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to move and lift objects e.g. bending, reaching when re-shelving books, pushing and pulling loaded book trucks
