**JOB TITLE**: Learning Center Assistant

**DIVISION**: Learning Center

**REPORTS TO**: Center Director

**GENERAL SUMMARY**

We are looking for a reliable and organized **Center Assistant** to help with the daily operations of our learning center. This role involves assisting with opening and closing procedures, maintaining a welcoming environment, supporting instructors, and ensuring smooth student sessions.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Greet students and parents, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Support instructors by organizing materials and maintaining classroom decorum.
- Monitor attendance and communicate absences.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as updating records, managing supplies, and ensuring iPads and printers are ready for use.
- Take up a teaching role as and when required.

**Work Schedule**

Monday to Thursday - 3:45 to 7:15 pm

**SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic tech proficiency (iPads, printers, etc.).
- Previous experience in an educational or administrative setting is an asset.

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Teaching: 1 year (required)
