As a People & Culture Manager at Ronco, you will play a crucial role in leading and driving the company culture and creating a positive work environment. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Human Resources function.

You have extensive knowledge of Human Resources and superior administrative and organization skills. You are adaptable and able to work with a variety of different social styles in a collaborative manner.

**SKILL & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar field (or equivalent experience).
- CHRP/CHRL designation required.
- 3+ years’ experience working in senior HR role.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases ADP WFN HR systems will be an asset.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to develop and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of Labour law and HR Best Practices.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to manage data with confidentiality.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES** **& RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, ensuring key roles are identified and staffed appropriately.
- Bridging Management and Associate relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
- Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and ensure execution, and adherence are in place.
- Manage the overall recruitment and selection process, in collaboration with the hiring managers.
- Manage and organize onboarding and offboarding of new and departing employees.
- Organize, coordinate, and execute employee engagement events and activities.
- Execute regular employee feedback surveys, analyze results, and provide recommendations.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive collegiate working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs with Managers to solicit sources that can be offered. Appy and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Lead and organize Town Hall meetings.
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (personal information, leaves, turnover rates, training etc.) in both paper and ADP database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
