**About the Role**

Cochrane Toyota is looking for a Part Time Sales Delivery Specialist to join our growing sales team. The Delivery Specialist is tasked with greeting & delivering new and used vehicles to our customers. Cochrane Toyota is looking for individuals who are knowledgeable, detailed, and can communicate with staff and customers through a variety of communication tools.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Staying in touch with our customers throughout the order process
- Ensuring that the vehicles are completed and ready for delivery
- Walking our customers through our delivery process
- Enrolling our customers in Toyota's Service Connect Program
- Following up with customers after their delivery to ensure everything was satisfactory.
- Provide customers with exceptional customer service with clear, honest communication.
- Working in a fast-paced environment while meeting customer expectations.

**What you'll Bring**:

- Previous Customer service experience
- An ability to learn, use and coach new vehicle technologies
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
