No personal vehicle required. We work full-time Monday to Friday, 8am-4:00pm, primarily on the west side of Vancouver.

**Start date**: immediately - preference given to those available all year until our season ends in late November/early December.

**Pay**: $20-25/hour depending on experience. Our gardening positions involve little to no lawn maintenance duties.

**For Assistant Gardeners**:

- Willingness to learn and follow instruction closely
- High attention to detail and ability to balance multiple needs and priorities
- Strong communication skills appropriate for a customer service environment
- Ability to work well with others
- Good physical fitness
- Proper rain gear
- Valid Driver's License and clean drivers record
- Proper pruning and plant knowledge is very welcome+ hedging experience is an asset

**Additional requirements for Experienced Gardeners**:

- Proficiency with proper pruning and plant knowledge
- Hedge trimming skills and experience an asset
- Ability to work independently with mínimal direction
- Horticultural certification welcome

+ installation/landscape construction experience is welcome

**Experience**:

- Gardening: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- BC driver's license (preferred)
