Compensation: $25-29
Per hour depending on experience and skill set
Currently looking for 2 solid people to join our little Gardening company. We do a variety of small design and installs, cleanups, and maintenance. This job has a lot of variety, but is also a stable 4-5 days a week depending on which you would like, please let us know
At the work level, we need a person ideally with at least 4 years experience, that is detailed oriented and has a good general sense of what needs doing onsite to make a garden shine. Someone who is fit, has a good working knowledge of all landscape equipment, and has a moderate level of Horticultural knowledge. I am also open to hiring another person with at least 2 seasons under their belt.
On a personal level, you will need to be reliable, to have a good work ethic both as a team and on one's own, and have good communication skills. Driver's license required and good driving is a must.
About us, our gardening company is located in the Mt. Pleasant neighborhood and would be a good job for someone who lives nearby. Please let us know if you are a neighbor We are a small, but growing company. The senior position could lead to a Maintenance Manager position later in the year, if the proper skillsets are consistently demonstrated. Please let me know in your CV if that is of interest.
