**Role Overview**:
We're on the hunt for a passionate Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for those who are eager to dip their toes in the world of aesthetic marketing, have a flair for creativity, and a pulse on the latest beauty trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with our team to produce promotional materials.

Manage and update company databases and customer relationship management systems.

Assist in organizing promotional events, and attend them to facilitate their success.

Monitor and report competitors' marketing and sales activities.

Help design and analyze surveys to gather patient feedback.

Contribute to social media content creation and scheduling.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferred.

Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of market research and analysis.

Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.

Proficient in major digital marketing platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

An interest in the beauty and aesthetics industry is a strong advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
