Reporting to the Preventative Maintenance Lead, the Operations and Maintenance Planner is a key member of the team, responsible to identify, validate, plan, estimate and schedule operation and maintenance activities related to facility related equipment, building systems, infrastructure and sites.
- Identify functional units to determine if preventative maintenance is required.
- Research, collect and verify functional units' technical attributes, specification, and maintenance requirements.
- Design, create and validate preventative maintenance (PM) tasks and associated frequencies.
- Plan and allocate preventative maintenance tasks' time, trades and tools.
- Prioritize and schedule preventative maintenance start date, lead time and due date.
- Maintain, optimize and enhance preventative maintenance schedules.
- Design the database and data framework to optimize maintenance practices.
- Design dashboard, performance indicators, maintenance goals, targets, measurement and framework.
- Analyze, monitor, predict, model and report operation and maintenance data for operation review, management consulting and decision making.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Define, collect, upload, categorize and oversee the maintenance data in the system.
- Review, process and follow up on the daily requests from operations.
- Review Service Level Agreements, RFQ/RFP and provide technical support, equipment specification, code compliance requirements and make sure they align with preventative maintenance practices and Corporate standards and policy.

**Qualifications**
- A completed 2-year diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Environment, Computer Science, Data Analysis or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in the maintenance industry.
- A valid Class 5 Driver's License (or provincial equivalent) and a personal vehicle for business use.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of computer programming, building control systems, and energy management will considered assets.
- Success in this position requires the individual to demonstrate strong competencies in effective communication skills, analytical thinking, efficiency and thoroughness, with a focus on results.
- You can adapt to a fast paced and heavy workload with constantly changing priorities.

work week, with 1 day off in each 3 week cycle.
