**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with meal preparation by chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes as directed by the kitchen staff.
- Support food preparation tasks including cooking, baking, and plating under the supervision of chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and notifying management of low stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to food service and kitchen operations.
- Should be available to work from Tuesday to Sunday from 11 am - 5 pm

**Skills**
- Previous experience in the food industry or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork within the kitchen staff.
- Basic cooking skills with a willingness to learn more about meal preparation techniques.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
