Daily Duties
- Open, close, and prepare space for daily visits. This includes locking/unlocking doors, cleaning equipment, and preparing the registration system.
- Greeting and serving customers.
- Handling transactions, both debit/credit & cash.
- Answering and booking events room.
- Resolve problems that arise during daily operation.
- Customer satisfaction follow up.
- Maintain cleanliness of facility, party room, and washroom during business hours. Includes sweeping, mopping, removing garbage, and sanitizing equipment.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.
- Conduct regular visual safety inspections of play space and desk areas.
- Work effectively with customers, staff and management.
- Prepare and serve coffee & snacks to customers.
- Assist when needed with special projects, programs, and events.
- Ensure that all customer needs are addressed, such as: answering customer inquiries, solving customer complaints, and processing customer transactions in a timely manner.

Work Environment, Physical Demands and Considerations:

- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of shift.
- Constant bending, reaching, and using hands for repetitive actions.
- Lifting and carrying items up to 25lbs without assistance throughout shift.
- In case of emergency be able to respond quickly and appropriately with children's safety in mind.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Ability to present ideas and recommendations in a concise manner.
- Ability to understand and carry out verbal and/or written instructions efficiently and effectively and to read and understand printed material.
- Ability to communicate and represent the facility in a professional manner.
- Work schedule hours will include days and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
