**Responsibilities**:
**Barista Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages with precision and artistry.
- Maintain the coffee bar, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

**Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take orders by describing our new and innovative digital ordering process
- Answer questions about the menu, and make recommendations.
- Ensure a positive and memorable customer experience.

**Order Fulfillment**:

- Prepare and serve food items, such as pastries and light bites.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.

**Cash Handling**:

- Process customer transactions accurately, handling payments.
- Provide correct change and maintain an organized POS.

**Restaurant Maintenance**:

- Keep the Dining Room clean, including the service area, tables, and seating areas.
- Restock and organize supplies as needed.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff.

**Upbeat Atmosphere**:

- Contribute to the lively and positive atmosphere of the restaurant.
- Engage with customers, creating a friendly and enjoyable environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a barista or server is a plus; training will be provided.
- Previous experience in the food industry and as a barista / bartender is preferred.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service that provides a 5 star, positive experience for guests
- Flexibility to work daytime hours, including weekends.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.55-$21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 17 - 24 per week
