**Your days will include**:

- Supervising and training warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Maintaining a balanced and accurate on-hand inventory, including regular stock counts, reconciliation, and high rate of order fulfillment for end customers
- Analyzing data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Maintaining active communication lines with barn managers, veterinarians, and other customers as necessary
- Regular reporting on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and KPIs
- Assessing outage risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Maintaining a high level of biosecurity, ensuring all procedures are maintained and followed by staff and visitors
- Data entry, shipping/receiving, purchase order creation, and other tasks as necessary to ensure operational success

**To succeed in this role you must possess**:

- Strong leadership capabilities
- Experience with inventory management, purchasing, and distribution
- Understanding of spreadsheet and database analysis
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate a forklift (an asset)
- College diploma or degree in Business Administration (an asset) and/or 5+ years of experience in Procurement

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
