**About Us**:
Campbell's British Tearoom is a charming and traditional tearoom offering an authentic British experience. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service, a cozy atmosphere, and a delightful menu featuring classic British teas, scones, pastries, and savory bites. We are looking for a dynamic and bubbly individual to join our team as a Server/Front of House staff member.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, offering menu recommendations and answering any questions about our offerings.
- Serve tea, coffee, and food items promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Handle payments, operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, and provide correct change.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including tables, chairs, and display cases.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a tidy and pleasant environment for guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
- Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required, including restocking supplies and cleaning tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- A genuine interest in British culture and cuisine is a plus
